My page is slow to load or stuck on loading

If your page is slow to load or stuck on loading:

  1. Check you internet connection.
  2. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies and restart your web browser.
  3. Try a different web browser.
  4. Check with your IT Department to make sure that the appropriate sites have been whitelisted.

 Note:  It is always best to use the most up-to-date web browsers.  Example web browsers include Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and Internet Explorer.
