If your page is slow to load or stuck on loading:
- Check you internet connection.
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies and restart your web browser.
- Try a different web browser.
- This is often due to ad-blockers or other extensions in your browser that might prevent viewing our content. Try turning these off and see if the content loads. We also recommend that you check with your IT folks to see if there are any security rules on your school's network that could be causing a conflict. You can provide them with this list of domains that should be whitelisted to access our content.
