Managing Email Notifications

To modify how you are notified of Group activities, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign into CK-12
  2. Select your Class or Study Group.
  3. Click Settings in the left side menu.
  4. Scroll down to the Email Notifications section.

For notifications about shared resources and new members

  1. Turn off/on notifications by clicking the button next to the phrase "Shared resources, new members."
  2. Change the frequency of notifications by clicking the pencil icon to the right

For notifications about Q&A activity

  1. Turn off/on notifications by clicking the button next to the phrase "Receive email notifications for Q&A"
  2. Choose whether you are notified about all posts or just your own, or change the frequency of notifications by clicking the pencil icon to the right.
